How we build

Four stages. No shortcuts.

Every building runs the same course, whether it is a society of twenty families or a tower of two hundred.

  2. 01

    The society. Most of what we build begins with an existing community that wants better. We meet the members, not only the committee, and nothing is signed until every household understands exactly what it gets back.

    Design and approvals. Layouts are drawn around light, cross-ventilation, and carpet area that survives the final plan. Our own engineers carry the file through approvals rather than handing it to a liaison agent.

  4. 03

    Construction. The group manufactures its own construction chemicals, so the specification does not drift between the drawing and the pour. Members walk the site at every slab.

    Handover, and after. Occupation Certificate in hand before possession, as on all nine buildings completed to date. Then the structural warranty, the facility team, and a phone number that is still answered years later.

Faina is one part of a business that has been building since 1984 and has completed every project it has started.

FAINA Group runs across real estate, contracting, manufacturing, and import and export. That is why the construction chemicals on our sites are our own, and why no Faina project depends on a single sale to reach handover.
