Everything on this website is provided for general information. It is not an offer, an invitation to offer, or a contract of any kind, and nothing on it forms part of an agreement with us.

The terms of any purchase are set out only in the agreement for sale and the documents registered under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and the rules of the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA). Where anything on this site differs from those documents, the documents prevail.
