In 1984 Faiyaz Valikarimwala and Firoz Karimi founded ICCO on a simple vision: deliver exceptional engineering with uncompromising quality. Forty years later, every completed building still gets its Occupation Certificate before anyone moves in.
Associated Builders followed the same year, and with it the move from construction into comprehensive real estate development. From there, growth was deliberate rather than opportunistic: nine buildings delivered across the Central Suburbs and the surrounding Mumbai corridors, 670 homes handed over, every one of them with its Occupation Certificate.
The group expanded outward to reinforce the whole. Agri-trading and sourcing, then its own cold storage and logistics, then construction chemicals manufacturing, then broader infrastructure work, including the interior beautification at Navi Mumbai International Airport. Each vertical was added so the others would hold when one market turned.
That is what a buyer is actually buying into. The construction chemicals on our sites are the group’s own, the company is zero-debt and cash-rich, and no Faina project depends on a single sale, or an outside lender, to reach handover.
Most of what we build begins with an existing society. It is careful, patient work, built on the trust of the families who live there, and it is the work we are proudest of: a neighbourhood that comes back stronger than it was.
Central Suburbs. Our engineers walk every slab before it is signed off.
