This website, www.fainarealty.com, is operated by Faina Realty, part of the FAINA Group, with its office at 405 Hyde Park, Saki Vihar Road, Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra ("we", "us"). For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described here.

We only collect what you choose to give us through the forms on this site, plus the minimum technical data needed to run it.

• Enquiries: your name, telephone number, and optionally your email address, the subject of your enquiry, the project you are interested in, and your message.
• Job applications: your name, email address, telephone number, and optionally your current role, years of experience, LinkedIn profile and a covering message, together with the resume you upload.
• Technical data: your IP address, used briefly to stop repeated or automated form submissions, and the standard request logs kept by our hosting provider.

We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, financial details, government identification numbers, or health information through this website.

We use your personal data only for the purpose you gave it to us:

• to reply to your enquiry, arrange a site visit, and follow up on the project you asked about;
• to assess your job application and contact you about it;
• to keep the site secure and prevent spam and abuse.

We process this data on the basis of your consent, which you give by submitting a form. We do not use it for automated decision-making, and we do not add you to marketing lists unless you separately ask us to.

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and does not run third-party trackers. Our fonts are served from our own site.

The only cookie we set is a security cookie for our own staff when they sign in to the site's administration area. It is never set for visitors.

Your data is seen only by the Faina Realty staff who handle enquiries and hiring. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data.

We rely on a small number of service providers to run the site, who process data on our behalf and only on our instructions:

• Vercel Inc., which hosts the website and may process requests on servers outside India;
• Hostinger, which provides the email service through which enquiries and application notifications reach our office;
• the database and file-storage provider that holds job applications and resumes.

We may disclose data where the law requires us to, for example in response to a lawful request from a government authority.

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purpose it was given:

• Enquiries are not stored on the website; they arrive as emails, which we keep for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, or longer if you go on to buy from us.
• Job applications and resumes are kept for up to 12 months after the role is filled, so we can consider you for a similar role, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
• The IP data used to stop spam is held in memory, in scrambled (hashed) form, for ten minutes.

The site is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Uploaded resumes are stored under generated file names, access to applications is limited to authorised staff behind a password, and our providers apply their own industry-standard safeguards. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India of a personal data breach where the law requires it.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may:

• ask what personal data we hold about you and how we have used it;
• ask us to correct, complete or update it;
• withdraw your consent and ask us to erase it, where we are not required to keep it by law;
• nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity;
• raise a grievance with us, and, if you are not satisfied with our response, with the Data Protection Board of India.

To exercise any of these, write to us at info@fainarealty.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Questions or complaints about how we handle personal data can be sent to our Grievance Officer at info@fainarealty.com, +91 77 339 95501, or by post to 405 Hyde Park, Saki Vihar Road, Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 30 days.

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their data, please contact us and we will delete it.

We will update this page if the way we handle personal data changes, and change the date at the top when we do. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
