The flagship, and the reason the rest exists. Development and society redevelopment across the Central Suburbs and the surrounding Mumbai corridors: nine buildings delivered, seven more in development or pre-launch.

Cold chain & logistics

A one-stop cold chain and supply-chain operation in Raigad, Maharashtra, serving pharma, food, fruit and vegetables, modern retail, QSR and dairy clients.

  • TRADJAC Venture

    FSSAI-certified cold storage chambers holding anywhere from −25°C to +25°C on independent controls, with round-the-clock IoT-enabled monitoring, power backup and fire safety systems, at Ransai village on the Khopoli–Pen road in Raigad.

  • Reefer transport

    Refrigerated transportation with live GPS tracking, plus dry and ambient warehousing.

  • Fulfilment

    Custom packing, sorting and grading, and e-commerce order fulfilment.

Agriculture & biotech

An advanced tissue-culture laboratory and a premium grapes farm, producing disease-free, genetically pure planting material.

    Plant tissue culture laboratory and a 65-acre-plus premium grapes farm in Solapur, Maharashtra, using drip irrigation for efficient water conservation.

Agri-trading & exports

Premium fruit sourced globally and supplied B2B in India, and Indian produce exported out, with the group's own cold chain carrying both.

  • NovaFresh

    A premium global fruit importer of apples, grapes including Shine Muscat, kiwi, pears, mandarins, oranges, blueberries, longan, dragon fruit, avocados and plums, sourced from Chile, China, South Africa, Thailand and Turkey, and supplied to retailers, wholesalers and foodservice.

  • FAINA Universal

    Global exports. 2,400 banana containers and 400 grape containers shipped to international markets to date, on an export book that runs table grapes, Cavendish banana, Bhagwa pomegranate, onion, basmati rice, vacuum-packed corn, gherkin, tea and coffee. APEDA, FSSAI, BRCGS and Agmark certified.

Infrastructure & construction chemicals

The two ventures that feed straight back into how a FAINA building gets built, and out into the wider market.

  • Extrico Industries (India)

    Advanced infrastructure development, including work supporting India's expanding aviation sector, among it the interior beautification works at Navi Mumbai International Airport.

  • Constro Chem Resource

    Manufactures construction chemicals used across the group's own developments and the wider market, giving FAINA Realty direct influence over a key input to build quality.

NovaFresh imports premium fruit B2B into India, FAINA Universal exports out of it: 2,400 banana containers and 400 grape containers shipped to date, to 17 markets led by China at 16,800 MT a year. The group’s own cold chain in Raigad carries both. Each started as a way to control what the group depends on, and each became a business in its own right.
