The role
You will take a redevelopment from first massing to the approved drawing set, working directly with the family and our engineers rather than through a project-management layer.
Most of our work begins with an existing society, which means designing for people who already live on the plot and will move back onto it.
What you will do
- 01Produce massing, layouts, and the full working drawing set
- 02Carry the file through municipal approvals with the liaison team
- 03Sit in society meetings and explain what each household gets back
- 04Review site execution against the drawing
What we are looking for
- 01B.Arch with COA registration
- 02Four years on residential projects, ideally including redevelopment
- 03Fluent in AutoCAD and Revit
- 04Familiarity with DCPR 2034
