The role
You will hold one of our redevelopment projects from excavation through Occupation Certificate.
This is a hands-on role. Our engineers walk the slab, check the pour, and sit with the society's members at every stage. If you are looking to manage from an office, this is not the post.
What you will do
- 01Own day-to-day execution on a live site, including labour and vendor coordination
- 02Check every pour against specification and reject what does not meet it
- 03Run the monthly walkthrough with society members
- 04Keep the approval file current with the liaison team
What we are looking for
- 01B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 02Six years minimum on residential projects in Mumbai
- 03Direct experience taking a building through Occupation Certificate
- 04Working Marathi and Hindi
