Before you ask

  • Within one working day, by a person rather than an autoresponder. Every call and message is answered.

  • Yes, and we would rather you did. Safety equipment is provided. Weekday mornings are best because the engineers are on site and can answer properly.

  • We work with registered channel partners on published terms. Ask for the current schedule; we do not negotiate it case by case.

  • Ask for the list of societies we have completed and call them yourself. Nine buildings, every one handed over with its Occupation Certificate. That is exactly what Teriza CHS did before choosing us.
