“Sharing my experience with the developer, the part that I was most concerned about was the delivery timeline, but they delivered the project within the committed date with top-notch quality. As I inquired about the developer before investing, I got a really good response from the market. Their cash flow is extremely strong, and therefore, I feel confident as an investor. I look forward to a long-term relationship with the team. Thank you.”
